Descrizione del prodotto

1) Il miscelatore a nastro orizzontale è costituito da contenitori a forma di U, una pala di miscelazione a nastro e organi di trasmissione.
2) Il nastro è continuo e separato.
3) La lama a nastro a spirale è costituita da una doppia o tripla spirale esterna che unisce il materiale da entrambi i lati. La spirale interna centrale trasporta il materiale dal centro verso i lati per formare un flusso misto.

Prestazioni di lavoro

1) L'aggiunta di materiali liquidi e pastosi mescolati nel miscelatore a nastro per mescolare granuli viscosi o coesivi ha un buon effetto. Il coperchio del cilindro può essere costituito da una porta spalancata per consentire la pulizia dell'attrezzatura.
2) Può essere aggiunto al guscio esterno del cilindro di miscelazione. Il raffreddamento o il riscaldamento del materiale si ottengono iniettando il mezzo di raffreddamento nella camicia.
3) Scarico sotto forma di fenomeno di accumulo di materiale e miscelazione di vicoli ciechi, tenuta affidabile del rivestimento e frequenti perdite di commutazione.
